sublimd was founded in 2016 in the canton of Zug, Switzerland, by three physicians and a software engineer. The company develops an award-winning medical software platform to dramatically reduce paperwork, enhance treatment outcome and revolutionize clinical research. The sublimd Suite is offered for four areas of application: The Emergency Room Suite for emergency rooms, the Clinic Suite for clinics, the Practice Suite for medical practices, and the Telemedicine Suite for use cases in telemedicine.

In 2017, sublimd has been awarded by the Seedhopper Summer Prize, the Swiss Quality Award and the Audience Award of Deine gesunde Arzt-Idee. In 2018, sublimd has won the Zuger JungUnternehmer Preis and the IHK Startup Slam at the European Health Congress Munich. Furthermore, sublimd was the winner at the Zinno-Ideenscheck as well as Venturing@CSS of the CSS Insurance in 2019.

In the fourth quarter of 2020, the Emergency Center of the University Hospital Basel, Switzerland, published a scientific study in the Acute Medicine Journal showing that the sublimd software not only reduces medical documentation work, but also leads to a more complete medical history.

In 2022, sublimd has been nominated for the finals in two challenges of the Digital Health Initiative by Bluelion.
